Het mes snijdt goed door vlees, maar het handvat voelt een beetje licht aan. Ik had iets meer gewicht verwacht voor deze prijs. Desondanks een prima vleesmes, maar niet perfect.

Dit mes snijdt door vlees als boter. Het is super scherp en maakt het bereiden van vleesgerechten zo veel eenvoudiger. Het handvat ligt goed in de hand en de balans is perfect. Dit is nu mijn favoriete mes voor het snijden van vlees.
